Panasonic has introduced this morning in Japan three new protectable TV with the Blu-Ray and Digital TV combo the DMP-BV300, the DMP-HV200 featuring the company’s first Hand Gesture model controlled UI and with the DMP-HV150 a simple yet elegant portable Digital TV.
All models comes with a 10.1” α-Si TFT panel with a 1024 x 600 resolution, support of MPEG-2, AVCHD, ISDB-T Mobile Video and H.264 Mobile Video stored on SD/SDHC or SDXC Cards or an SDXC Cards as well as featuring a Splashsproof body (IPX3) and Panasonic Online Viera Hub giving access many on demand services like TV programs information, News, Weather, YouTube Videos and even Panasonic’s Cooking service.
Like the DMP-B200, the DMP-BV300 is compatible with BD-R and BD-RE drive (single or dual layer) discs but also supports JPEG or MP3 Files stored on a SD card or on an USB Thumbdrive.
The DMP-HV200 in the other hands does not comes with a DVD or Blu-Ray player but features a unique hand gesture UI that allow anyone to control the portable TV basic functions (Volume and Channels) without touching either the TV itself or the TV remote.
